It have been agreed between the Carrier and Shipper that freight charges quoted for door-to-door is agreed and paid up to consigned door step only. No local charges is needed to pay upon arrival, except customs duties and port store rent if delay of documentation for preparation of importation due to consignee failed to provide sufficient information on-time.
Any requirement for use of any mechanical equipments or manpower to lift the cargoes are excluded in our door-to-door freight. These extra cost incurred shall be collected from consignees prior to delivery made. Consignee may refer to Shipper for verification.
Door-to-door service is the best hassle-free option to leave your shipments to us with the peace of mind. We will take care of your shipments starting from till:
- Transfer of your goods from your starting point (Pick up, Packing)
- Preparation of shipment documents (packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin and etc)
- Handling of port loading and unloading and customs clearance
- Freight to all ports worldwide
- Delivery to your final delivery address
Generally, rates quoted for door-to-door service does not include custom duties, tax and insurance coverage. We can offer competitive door-to-door service quotes according to your incoterms used in your sales contract (DAT, CIF, FOB, ExWork).
